Little Sunshine

So our little ray of sunshine is nearly a week old and as I sit here writing she is quietly screaming away in the background, Karen has taken her feeding devices off for a bath.... Pause for attempted Daddy settling.... bath over all quiet again.

So we've had a great week so far, she's been incredibly good to us, feeding well, settling well and sleeping around four hours in between. It could just be the first few weeks lulling us into a false sense of ease but we'll take it and we are enjoying the sleep.

 

Connie is loving her sister, she's finding it very difficult to get to sleep especially when she comes in to kiss Baby B goodnight three times. She's being very sweet. Speaking of which she went to a party yesterday and ended up holding a tarantula. Kids parties, we used to pin tails on donkeys now they play with giant spiders!

So on to names. One week gone only five to go before we have to officially register a name. I wonder what happens if you don't, will she just remain nameless as we've lost our chance. Will she just have a number or will they send the police round and give her a name picked out of a hat? Definitely worth trying out.  I think Little Sunshine is pretty good.  Joking aside we are nearly there. We've been road testing a couple of names and waiting for a response but she hasn't replied to any yet!
